Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of the AICSUITE Services and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access, in addition to any legal remedies available to AICSUITE or affected parties.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate law. Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including employment, wage-and-hour, tax, anti-discrimination, export control, and consumer-protection laws;
  • Infringe rights. Infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other right of any person or entity;
  • Harass or harm. Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, intimidate, or otherwise harm any person;
  • Discriminate. Use the Services to make employment, compensation, scheduling, or contracting decisions in a manner that unlawfully discriminates against any person on the basis of a protected characteristic;
  • Misrepresent. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Deceive. Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes;
  • Distribute harmful content. Upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, or that contains malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

2. System Abuse

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any underlying systems or networks;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except as explicitly permitted under our responsible disclosure process;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers, networks, or infrastructure underlying them, including by means of overloading, flooding, mail-bombing, or crashing;
  • Use the Services as a content-delivery network, media-streaming or file-distribution platform, general-purpose file host, or backup target, or otherwise generate excessive storage or bandwidth (egress) unrelated to ordinary use of the Services for your business operations;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, authentication, encryption, or other security measures;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services beyond what is permitted by our published APIs or expressly authorized in writing;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our express written authorization;
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service or to copy features or interfaces.

3. Data Restrictions

You agree not to upload, submit, or transmit to the Services:

  • Personal information of any individual without all required notices, consents, or other legal bases for processing;
  • Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. The Services are not HIPAA-compliant and AICSUITE does not provide a Business Associate Agreement;
  • Payment card data subject to PCI DSS. Use Stripe (the integrated processor) for card data;
  • Classified information or any data restricted by export-control or similar regulations;
  • Personal information of children under sixteen (16);
  • Content that is obscene or otherwise unlawful.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all Customer Data you submit.

4. AI Features

Certain features use artificial intelligence to assist with business operations. When using AI features, you agree not to:

  • Use AI outputs to make sole, automated employment, lending, housing, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions without human review;
  • Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content;
  • Submit data to AI features in violation of the data restrictions in Section 3.

AI outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

5. Enforcement and Termination

AICSUITE may investigate suspected violations and may take any action it considers appropriate, including:

  • Removing or disabling access to violating content;
  • Suspending or terminating access to the Services;
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement;
  • Cooperating with lawful investigations and producing records pursuant to valid legal process;
  • Pursuing any other remedies available under the Terms or applicable law.

AICSUITE is not obligated to monitor use of the Services but reserves the right to do so to enforce this AUP and protect the integrity of the platform.
